You cancel your policy and they still keep your money even after the 1 800 number tells you that you're entitled to a full refund. I don't know what they're doing at this office but something is not right. I've been with State Farm ever since I started driving as a teen. I've finally wised up and changed companies. State Farm is a complete rip off."
