“I wish I could give a negative star rating. Worst customer service ever. They will not answer the phone nor return phone calls. They go up every month and can’t tell you why. You cancel your policy and they still keep your money even after the 1 800 number tells you that you’re entitled to a full refund. I don’t know what they’re doing at this office but something is not right. I’ve been with State Farm ever since I started driving as a teen. I’ve finally wised up and changed companies. State Farm is a complete rip off.”

“The local office is not helpful at all. They have provided no assistance in our recent claim for vehicle loss from the storms. Then we called regarding another matter this morning and were referred to the 800 number. There is obviously no value in having a local State Farm agent.”
